Our methods are not mainstream. Whether we're playing music to our brews (Chuck claims it helps), or innovating new techniques, we use only top quality ingredients…We're picky like that. Currently available on draft and in bottles, every one of our beers are sparked from an idea, and formulated in the Lab.

Dave “Chuck” Morrell

Head Brewer

Chuck’s been in the craft brewing industry for nearly two decades. He built a camp in the woods of Vermont where he spends a lot of time experimenting with new brews.

Edgar Hernandez

Brewer and QC Manager

Edgar joins us from Goose Island Mexico, with his mixed background of biotech engineering and master brewing he makes for a great addition to our team.
